Static and Words

Leah is starting to really want to talk now. She makes a fun static noise with a gurgle. She is still a happy baby and seems to be going through a little growth spurt. She rolls with a little nudge and uses her hands for support now. She also reaches out and grabs things. Her favorite is hair! She gets to giggling when she gets a big wad.
Libby is always amazing us with her language. When we got home yesterday from Laura's, she asked Nicki (her doll), "How's your day, Nicki?" "Oh, darn, you sick?" "Belly hurt? Yeah?" (nodding) "I'll kiss it" "Better now? Yeah?" "Wanna pay now?" "Play ABC bocks, Ho-k!" "Come on, Nicki, I'll hold you." It will be fun when Leah is old enough to "pay" too.
