Sisterly love (so far)

This is the year John and I decided we would like to freeze the girls at these ages. Libby comes up with amazing ideas and Leah is talking up a storm now too. They get along so well (most of the time) and play for hours together. Libby always thinks and talks about going to Kindergarten (which next year at this time, she will be registered!) and Leah talks about how Chuck E. Cheese doesn't bite. We went there with Grandma Meier and I think Leah is having nightmares about those giant creatures. It reminds me of April and her Cabbage Patch dreams. :( Here are a couple of quotes from a typical day: Libby- "Mom, when I'm 5, I will go to kindergarten and then I'll be in the Middle School in 5th grade at your school." Leah - "Mommy, Chuck E. Cheese no bite, stay up there, no get down and walk." Libby loves letters and telling you what words start with and Leah knows her months, ABC's and can count to ten now. She is still a stinker with colors but everyone tells me she really does know them, she just doesn't want me to know it. They are very different as Libby is a pleaser and Leah is not. Libby is a girly girl and Leah is a tomboy. Libby was potty trained during the day at 15 months and Leah still doesn't have any desire. Libby loves to dress up frilly and Leah loves a baseball hat with snow pants. They both love playing house and spend most of the day pretending. They are both special and unique and we don't want them to lose that. They both make us laugh all the time and we are so blessed to have them.
