The Great Jones County Fair

We had a ball at the fair today. The girls did it all and are sleeping well tonight!

Judy was being a turd and turned away every time I aimed my camera at her. Shhh.. don't say turd!

At times, I couldn't tell who was having more fun!

The walk to the fair

Who knew the Fun House could be so scary!!! Those darn mirrors! They both got stuck in the middle and kept banging their heads trying to get out!!!

Bad idea to hang on to the kid next to you. When you go at different speeds, the lighter kid goes bouncing around and flips 1/2 way down!

I had to get a picture of Grandma Meier spending money on a game!!! They won two stuffed animals that we will probably "forget" in Iowa.

They look like they had so much fun. I was going to try to get back up that way today but just didn't get it done. Have a safe trip back!!!

What great pictures! So great to see you there, even if it was just in passing!

PS- Brendan had a negative experience with the fun house, as well. He was fine as long as Gary or other kids were there to follow, but once he tried to go through without him! He got so confused, made it halfway and got stuck/scared. He started bawling and Jerry almost had to go get him before he found his way back out the entrance....crazy!!

Gary's favorite ride was the bumper cars. I can't believe he's old enough to drive them...and farily well, I might add!
