Summer Fun

It was clash day at bible school. They thought they were the funkiest sisters around! :)

Our last zoo trip was with the Parkers. It was a beautiful day!

Libby carefully puts her own tee and ball in the ground. She can hit the ball ok now!

Leah can hit the ball sometimes too.. but would rather just be along for the ride and to hunt bugs.

It feels like summer is flying now. Libby counted on her calendar the other day and there are less than 30 days until her very first day of kindergarten! She is sooo excited! The backpack and supplies are ready to go! It looks super big on her, but she'll grow, right? Leah is excited to go back to Laura's because she will be one of the "big" kids! We have had such a good time this summer. The girls were involved with the library program this summer which was very nice. We also made a couple of Iowa trips, a few zoo trips, parks, swimming, tennis, having friends over, golf, bike rides, camping, kayaking, star gazing, walks, and much more. We still have a few things on our summer bucket list to accomplish before school starts. This week has been crazy with vacation bible school at Judy's church. They get picked up around 5ish and come home around 9ish. John and I don't know what to do without them, but we managed to get out and do things too. :)
